ANILERY OÜ, registry code 14176270, Laki tn 14a, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10621, Estonia (the “Customer”), offers independent service providers a framework agreement on the following terms.
Provider: An adult individual, sole trader or legal entity verified and admitted to the Customer’s system; identity and payment details are recorded in the profile.
Draft for publication after completing system details and legal review in providers’ jurisdictions.
1.1 The Provider accepts this offer by registering, supplying accurate details and clicking “Accept the offer”, with the version, time and account identifier recorded. Acceptance forms a framework agreement but does not oblige either party to take or offer orders.
1.2 A specific assignment arises when the Provider selects a published order and the Customer confirms it in the system or by email. Before acceptance the order states the client or project (a code may be used), work type, traffic source and territory, deadline, unit and price, quality metrics, budget and special rules. Correspondence and event logs are retained in reproducible form.
1.3 Changes apply to future orders after notice and renewed acceptance. An accepted order remains subject to the version in force when accepted unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
2.1 The Provider independently performs selected primary or supporting work to generate and process advertising traffic for Customer client projects: placing and optimising ads, acquiring users and leads, operating websites and ad accounts, producing creatives and copy, analytics, quality checks and reporting. Only work stated in an order is payable.
2.2 The Provider chooses the methods, place and working hours, subject to deadlines and lawful brand and security instructions. The Customer guarantees no volume; the Provider may serve others. This agreement does not itself create employment. Actual working conditions and mandatory law where work is performed prevail over this description.
